Thank you for purchasing Weber spare parts pre-order.

At checkout, please provide a valid serial number from your barbecue. The serial number can be found on our BBQ on a white sticker, depending on the model, they are generally on the back. White sticker will reflect 2 letters followed by 6-8 digits. We can/will only process pre-orders that have the correct serial numbers provided.

• Our team will verify the serial number to confirm the part is correct.
• If verified, we’ll send you a payment link to complete your order.
• If your barbecue is still under warranty or the serial number is invalid, we’ll refer you to Weber Australia for assistance in obtaining the right parts.
