The bolt down rotational plate is designed to be fixed to an existing concrete slab or to timber decking (under-deck reinforcing required). It comes with a spigot for the umbrella to stand on. It allows for 360 degree rotation of the umbrella. If the umbrella is removed for winter storage, the spigot can also be detached but the rotational plate remains fixed to the ground.
