Liquid smoke by Outdoor Magic is all natural smoke flavour. Sugar Gum is a good all-round hardwood for smoking.
Instructions for use:
Add approx. 2 tablespoons of liquid smoker per KG of meat or kg of stock. Spray or baste lightly over meat and vegetables prior to cooking or grilling.
